摘要
分析了VLCC货油舱横撑材结构的作用和受力特点,重点论述了VLCC货油舱横撑材的布置形式和优缺点,并对某型VLCC产品典型的货油舱横撑材布置方式做了优化,达到了减轻空船重量和方便船台施工的效果。
The functions and stress characteristics of horizontal brace structure on VLCC are analyzed. The arrangement forms, advantages and disadvantages of horizontal brace struc ture are mainly discussed. A typical arrangement of cargo oil tank horizontal brace on VLCC is optimized, which achieves the effects of empty weight reducing and ship berth convenient in stallation.
