摘要 公共交通是促进城市可持续发展和实现低碳交通的有效措施之一,对公交线网的评价也越来越受到管理和研究人员的重视。为了利用Integrate Circuit(IC)卡数据获得大量的出行信息,对公交线网的服务水平做出合理的评价,提出了3个指标:流量差异、供需差异、时间差异,用于评价乘客需求和公交线网布局的空间匹配程度。最后,以南宁市为例,将上下班高峰时段的IC卡数据在TransCAD中进行了验证,证明了该方法的科学性和实用性,从而提供了一种从乘客出发的,更加直接的、合理的公交线网评价方法。 Mass transit is an effective way to promote urban sustainable development and realize the low- carbon transportation. Consequently, the evaluation of transit network has attracted increasing attention during the recent years. In order to use the Integrate Circuit (IC) card data, including large amounts of travelling information, to evaluate the performance of transit network, three indicators: flow difference, the balance between supply and demand and traveling time difference were proposed to evaluate the spatial matching degree between passengers' demand and the layout of transit network. Finally, a testing example was implemented in the TransCAD to evalu- ate the present transit network in Nanning, by utilizing the IC card data at commuting peak hours. The results confirm the capability and practicability of the evaluation method, which further provides a more direct and rea- sonable evaluation on the spatial layout of transit network from the perspective of passengers.
