摘要
车辆通行费是高等级公路运营企业的主要收入来源,同时在公路货运物流成本中占有较大比重。鉴于此,提出基于现代物流经营理念和技术手段,将区域路网建设与区域物流通道建设结合起来,依托现有公路网各类站点建立物流网络节点,并通过提供物流运输组织、决策、实施和信息服务,建立覆盖区域范围的多层次物流网络,以实现兼顾高等级公路网日常运营和降低社会物流成本的目的。
Vehicle toll is the main revenue source of high-grade highway corporation, and it also account for a large part of highway freight cost. This paper proposes that it should combine the regional highway network construction with regional logistic channel construction based on modern logistic idea and technique. Logistic network node should be built on all kinds of station on highway network, and construct regional multilevel logistic network by providing logistic organization, decision-making, transport and information service. It intends to meet the both needs of high-grade highway corporation management and social logistic cost reduction.
