高速公路道路养护施工安全管理责任重大。吐乌大高速公路后沟路段为山岭路段,该处道路弯道多,坡度大,养护施工时安全隐患较大。鉴于此,就高速公路养护施工人员、车辆、机械设备安全管理进行探讨,可为道路养护施工安全管理提供参考。
The responsibility of safety management of expressway maintenance and construction is very great. Turpan-Urumqi-Dahuangshan Expressway Hougou Section locates at mountain. It has many road bends and steep slope, which may have big security hidden-danger in maintenance and construction process. Given this, safety management of personnel, vehicles, machinery and equipment in expressway maintenance construction are discussed, which may provide a reference for safety management of highway maintenance and construction.
