摘要
目前职业教育教学中在教学目标的制定上存在着一些问题:对教学目标作用认识不清;对课程总体目标和阶段目标区分不明;忽视能力目标设计;表述教学目标抽象笼统,缺乏可测性。制定好教学目标具有多方面的意义。制定教学目标要把握能力本位、具体显现、循序渐进、三维一体的原则。制定好教学目标的方法途径是:把握好课程与单元目标、课时教学目标的关系;注重教学目标表述的明确性、特定性、行为性;勾连教学目标的关联性;依托教学团队的合作。
In making teaching objectives there exist some problems: 1. obscurity of teaching objectives; 2. unclear division between the general teaching objectives and objective at different stages; 3. neglect of designing competency objectives; 4. too abstract expression of teaching objectives and lack of predictability. Making teaching objectives has many effects. To make good teaching objectives, it is necessary to have a good understanding of the principles of competency orientation, details and clearness, gradual progress and three dimensions. To make good teaching objectives depends on methods: 1. good understanding of relationships between course objectives and unit objectives; 2. attaching importance to clear, specific expression; 3. making a sketch of relationships between unit objectives and period objectives; 4. reliance on the teamwork of the teaching groups.
