摘要 根系分泌物在土壤有机污染物的根际修复过程中发挥着重要作用。研究表明,根系分泌物主要通过3种方式有效促进土壤中有机污染物的降解:根系分泌的酶直接参与有机污染物的降解;根系分泌物通过改变根际微生物数量和活性或提供共代谢基质影响有机污染物的降解;根系分泌物改变土壤有机污染物的生物有效性,从而促进其降解。 Root exudates played an important role in the rhizoremediation of organic pollutants in soils. The results of recent research showed that root exudates effectively stimulated the degradation of organic pollutants. There were three approaches, some enzymes in root exudates participated the degradation of organic pollutants, root exudates influenced the degradation of organic pollutants through changing the biomass and activity of rhizobacteria and offering co-metabolism substrate, and root exudates changed the bioavailability of organic pollutants in soils and then promoted their degradation.
