关于教育产业化问题

On Industrialization of Education

教育是培养人才的基础性产业 ,将成为我国最大的产业。除义务教育外 ,教育作为特殊产业基本上可以产业化 ,但不能商品化 ,应强调其社会效益 ,不能以单纯牟利为目的。要改变过去那种把教育完全作为福利、由国家“统包”的传统观念 ;在切实增加政府投入的同时 ,要采取国家、企业、个人多元办教育的模式 ;要建立一套比较完整的、相互配合的教育体系 ;要加强产、研。

Education is a basic industry for cultivating talents,it will become the largest industry in our country. As a special industry, education can for its most part be industrialized except compulsory education. But it can not be commercialized. We should lay stress not on its mere profits but on its social effects. We should renew such traditional ideas that education is common welfare and ought to be full charged by the government; and establish an educational pattern which combines the government, enterprises and individuals while increasing the governments investment in education; and build up a complete and harmonious system of education, and enhance the union of education as industry, research and teaching.
