舟山群岛新区的物流金融人才培养模式探讨

Discussion on Mode for Developing Logistics Finance Talents in the Islands of Zhoushan New District

随着舟山群岛新区的发展,各金融机构纷纷进入,但人数总量不够、专业物流金融人才缺乏、人才培育开发不足等问题已成为制约舟山物流金融业持续、快速、健康发展并进而推动舟山群岛新区建设的重要瓶颈。通过研究认为,应发挥政府主导作用,制定物流金融人才发展战略规划,加大物流金融人才引进的政策扶持力度;建立与高校合作培养"订单式"的物流金融人才渠道,为舟山群岛新区的发展提供人才保障。

The strategic positioning of the islands of Zhoushan New District is setting up a bonded port logistics service for financial talent, which is promoting the speed of Zhoushan New District＇s rapid and sustainable development. With the development of the new district, some financial institutions have entered the area, but the total number is not enough, lacking of professional logistics financial talents and Cultivation of talents development issues, are leading to the unhealthy Zhoushan islands logistics finance development. Some suggestions are provided, such as government＇s leading-role, financial talent development strategic planning increasing of logistics financial talent introduction policy; Universities and enterprises ＂order＂ of the logistics financial personnel training cooperation to enable Zhoushan Islands District logistics financial talent development.
