高校贫困生心理诉求现状及成因分析——基于马斯洛需求层次理论

Psychological Demands State of Impoverished Students in Colleges and the Cause Analysis——Based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory

高校贫困生成为高校中日益增加的弱势群体,他们的心理健康与否关系到我国高校教育水平的发展。本文运用马斯洛需求层次理论分析高校贫困生对生存和安全感的需要,对社会交往、归属与爱的心理需求,以及基于前两者缺失造成的对自我实现的强烈心理诉求,并针对这些现状分析了其产生的具体原因。

The impoverished college students become increasingly vulnerable groups in colleges and universities, whether their mentality are health or not has influence on the development of China＇s higher education level. This paper takes Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs theory to analyze the psychological demands state of impoverished students in colleges and universities, including the demands for survival and a sense of security, the demands for social communication, love and sense of belonging, and the strong psychological demands for self-realization based on the lack of former ones. It also analyzes the specific reasons aimed at this state.
