摘要
通过分析人事代理(劳务派遣)缴存单位住房公积金业务现状,阐述了其分散管理模式下的弊端,诸如缴存变动较为频繁等。同时作者提出了加强三方管理、分门别类、深层试水等的对策和建议。
By analyzing the personnel agency (dispatch) units of housing provident fund deposit business situations, the article describes decentralized management model and its drawbacks such as easy changes of their fund deposits.Meanwhile the author proposes countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen three-way management, other categories and deep reforms.
