An Economic Analysis of the Effect of Contractual Incompleteness on the Organizational Efficiency of "Corporation + Farmer" Agricultural Industrialization

契约的完全与否是组织效率高低的重要影响因素。“公司 +农户”农业产业化组织模式中 ,公司与农户双方地位的不平等、农业产业经营的不确定性、公司与农户双方机会主义行为的存在 ,导致了公司与农户之间契约的不完全性 ,进而影响到这一组织模式的运作效率。为此 ,必须采取有效措施以提高该组织模式的运作效率。

Whether a contract is complete substantially influences organizational efficiency. In the organizational model of corporation +farmer' agricultural industrialization, the inequality of status between corporations and farmers, the operating uncertainty of agricultural industrialization and the presence of opportunistic behavior of both corporations and farmers result in the incompleteness of contracts between corporations and farmers, thus affecting the operating efficiency of the model. Therefore, effective measures must be taken to improve the models operating efficiency.
