免费师范生与一般师范生的教师职业认同感结构及特点比较 被引量:21

A Comparative Study on Structure and Character of Professional Identity between Tuition-Free Normal University Students and General Normal University Students

摘要 采用实证研究的方法,运用师范生职业认同感量表对1 006名免费师范生和839名一般师范生的教师职业认同感进行调查分析,结果发现:①免费师范生和一般师范生具有相同的职业认同感结构;②免费师范生的职业认同感总分仅在二年级时显著高于一般师范生;③免费师范生在职业意志维度、职业意愿与期望两因子上显著高于一般师范生;④免费师范生在职业价值因子上显著低于一般师范生;⑤男女免费师范生在职业效能因子上均与相应性别的一般师范生差异显著. This paper deals with the investigations on 1006 tuition-free normal students and 839 general normal students by means of the professional identification scale for normal students (PISNS) to compare the structure and character of professional identity. Results show that. 1) there is a same professional i- dentity structure between the two groups; 2) the tuition-free normal students' professional identity total score significantly higher than general normal students only in second grade~ 3) the tuition-free normal students' professional volition and professional expectation two factors significantly higher than general normal students; 4) the tuition-free normal students' professional value factor less than general normal students; 5) on professional efficacy factor, there is significant difference between tuition-free normal students and general normal students in corresponding gender. These results provide some beneficial en- lightenment for teacher education and management of the normal university students.
