摘要 为掌握食品专业本科实习现状,从西南大学食品专业(食品科学与工程、食品质量与安全)2009级已完成毕业实习的本科学生中抽取调查样本142人,针对毕业实习的目的、必要性及对现有毕业实习模式的评价等13个问题进行问卷调查.结果表明:约70%的同学认为是必要的,仍有约30%的同学认为不必要和无所谓,这主要是由于对毕业实习的目的不明确,对毕业实习的现有模式不满意造成的.通过分析该专业毕业实习中存在的问题,提出改进建议,以完善食品专业本科实习教学模式,从而为提高毕业实习质量相关措施的制定提供参考依据. In order to grasp the situation of undergraduate food professional practice, from Southwest Uni versity, professional food (food quality and safety of food science and engineering,) level 2009 has been completed from graduation practice of undergraduate students in a sample of 142 people, a survey has been conducted on 15 problems of graduation practice, the objective necessity and the existing graduation prac tice mode of evaluation. The results show that 70~//oo of the students think it is necessary, while there are still 30~ of the students think that it is unnecessary and indifferent, which is mainly due to the that fact that the purpose of graduation practice is not clear; thus, they are not satisfied with the existing mode of graduation practice. By analyzing the existing problems in the professional graduation practice, construc- tive suggestions have been put forward in order to improve the teaching mode of the undergraduate food professional practice, so as to improve the quality of graduation practice to provide reference for relevant measures
