摘要 随着我国国际交流的日益频繁和社会对大学生需求的变化,大学英语的培养模式和培养效果越来越受到重视。目前国内大部分高校仍采用传统的教学方式,忽视了学生除语言智能和数学逻辑智能的其他智能的综合培养。本文通过分析大学英语教学的特点,结合美国心理学家霍华德·加德纳提出的多元智能理论,在突出教学个性化和重视学生多元化需求的基础上,从课程设置、教学理念、教学评估、学生活动和教师素质等方面构建了大学英语教学的新模式。 The college English teaching mode is gradually received attention, as the international communication expanding and the requirements to college students changing, as well as the effect of college English teaching. Nowadays, most Chinese colleges still stick on outdate teaching modes,ignoring the cultivation of other intelligences other than linguistic intelligence and math- ematic/logic intelligence.By analyzing the features of college English teaching, this paper employed American psychologist Howard Gardner's Multi--intelligence Theory, and suggested a new college English teaching mode from the aspects of curricu- lum, technique, assessment, activities and the qualities of college English teachers, on the basis of the focus on students' individ- ualities and diversities.
