甘肃省高校教师队伍建设现状分析及对策研究

Research of Countermeasure and Current Construction Situation of College Teachers in Gansu

目前甘肃省高校存在教师总量不足、结构不尽合理、双师型教师严重短缺、高水平学术创新团队和教学科研团队建设滞后、青年教师培养压力大、教师队伍质量有待提高等问题,不能很好适应高等教育发展的要求。为推进甘肃省高校教师队伍建设,相关部门应进一步转变观念,提高对高校教师队伍建设重要性的认识,加快实施人才强校战略,优化教师队伍结构,加速培养学科带头人,完善教师管理制度,加强教师培养培训力度。

Currently, problems existing in Gansu higher education system failed to adapt to the requirement of higher education development,which were the result of the insufficiency of teacher＇s total amount, the unreasonable structure, the desperate shortage of ＂Double--qualified＂ teachers,the backward construction of high--standard academically creative team and teaching research team,the high pressure of young teachers＇ training, and the need to improve teachers＇ quality more＇ In order to ad- vance college teachers＇ team construction,relevant departments should change their ideas further and deepen their understand- ing of its significance. Also, they should accelerate the implementation of ＂talented personnel strategy＂, optimize teachers＇ struc- ture, speed up the cultivation of discipline leaders, perfect teacher＇s management system,and intensify the cultivation and train- ing of teachers.
