摘要
公民教育日益受到重视,然而我国中小学教师却严重缺乏公民教育的能力及其品质。为了成功实施公民教育,我们要注重提高教师的公民教育能力。权利主体的培育能力、公共理性的培育能力、反思完善公民教育的能力等都应成为我国教师应具有的基本能力。为了提高教师的公民教育能力,教师教育的重点需要从"角色规定"转向"身份认同",学校有必要成为自由民主的场域,中小学和大学有必要结成合作伙伴,进行平等合作等。
Citizenship education has been emphasized recently. However, teachers in China are lack of the ability and quality of citizen education. In order to effectively start citizen education, we should develop the ability of citizen educa- tion. Efforts should be stepped up to enhance the ability of cultivating the fight, public reason and professionalism. In or- der to cultivate these ability, teacher education reforms should focus on identity rather than role, schools and universities should co-operate, and schools should be made fully liberal democratic fields.
