摘要
学前教育均衡发展问题越来越引起社会公众的关注,并引发了相关政府部门的重视。依据2003~2010年相关统计数据,就我国学前教育发展均衡状况进行了分析。研究结果表明:从生均教育经费支出、生均教师人数、生均校舍建筑面积等指标的绝对值来看,我国学前教育发展不平衡,地区差异大;但是,从时间序列的角度来看,目前我国学前教育地区差异系数正在减小,学前教育正趋向均衡发展。
Equilibrium development of pre-school education is increasingly aroused public concern and triggered the government departments' attention. Based on the relevant statistical data from 2003 to 2010, this paper analyzes the equi- librium development of our country's pre-school education. The results show: the coverage of receiving pre-school educa- tion between different regions is still not balanced from the perspective of the absolute indicators of the educational expen- diture per student, the number of teachers per student and the school building area per student. However, from the point view of time sequence, our pre-school education in regional coefficient differences has been decreasing, and its tending to equilibrium as a whole in recent years.
