Urban Design Research In Chengmei Emerging Industry Park(Xinjin Part) With “Commerce, Form, Culture And Ecology In One” Theory

天府新区是成都新一轮的建设重点。在成眉新兴产业战略功能区(新津部分)城市设计中,以目标导向为主,强调业态、形态、文态和生态的"四态融合"。在业态方面,强调产城融合,从区域定位方面进行产业选择;在生态方面,强调生态优先,内外廊道链接成网;在形态方面,枕山理水,彰显水城特色;在文态方面,传承历史文脉,营造新城文化。

Chengmei emerging industry park （Xinjin part） design is goal orientation, emphasizes the commerce, form, culture and ecology, preestablishes the subsystem. In the commerce, emphasizes the city-industry agglomeration, chooses the industry from zone location. In the ecology, emphasizes the ecology first, constructs the network between the inside and outside galleries. In the form, build the mountain and clean the river, manifest the water-town feature. In the culture, inherit the histroy, building the new-town culture.
