摘要
在城市化快速发展的同时,我国许多城市均出现了暴雨情况下的内涝问题。国外多年的经验证明,有效的雨洪管理措施不仅可以实现生态效益,还能够产生经济和美学价值。研究介绍了当前世界上应用广泛的低影响开发(LID)雨洪管理体系,具体阐述了其理念、技术手段、应用情况和规划方法,并以四川省成都天府新区规划为例,介绍了低影响开发理念和技术在各层次城市规划中的应用范畴与方法,希望能为我国城市雨水资源的管理提供借鉴。
China＇s cities always have the water logging problems in the develop progress. Foreign experience proves that, the effective rainfall flood management measure not only could realize the ecological benefits, but also could produce the economic and aesthetic value. The paper industries the idea, technology, situation of application and method of LID, and takes Tianfu new district example, introduces the application scope and method, hope to offer a reference to China＇s urban rainfall flood management.
