摘要
本论文采用多维数据分析方法,针对历史建筑建立数据仓库,用数理统计的新方法如结构方程模型,来科学迅速地确定历史建筑评估体系中各项指标的系数,这是历史建筑评估工作定性和定量的根本保证。这样形成一套科学的、可操作的评估模式,可以有效降低历史建筑开发的风险,对于城市发展建设意义重大。
This paper uses multidimensional data analysis methods,creates a data warehouse for historical buildings,applies new methods of mathematical statistics such as structural equation modeling to determine coefficients of the indicators in the historic buildings evaluation system,which guarantee the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of historic buildings.Thus a set of scientific,operational evaluation model is formed,which can effectively reduce the risk of development of historic buildings,also which is major significance for the construction of urban development.
