目标教学是当今正处于逐步探讨、并在教学改革中被逐步推广于初等教育、中等教育和高等教育中的一种新型教育教学模式。在目标教学操作过程中，要使教学取得事半功倍的最佳效果，让绝大多数学生都能够轻松愉快地掌握教学内容，达成教学目标，则必须从教学基本规律和目标教学基本原理出发，严格遵循一系列目标教学的教学原则。

The objective teaching is one of the new educational teaching methods. It is nowdays being discussed and being probed into primary education, secondary education and higer education in the teaching reform step by step. In order to achieve the best effect with half the effort, during the procedure of practising the objective teaching.
