深圳在城市转型的背景下进行产业转型和产业基地规划创新,能助力城市二次腾飞。在深圳新开发建设的产业基地及集聚区中,留仙洞产业基地启动较早,且建设速度较快,具有较强的示范及带动意义。留仙洞产业基地规划的创新点在于以街坊为平台实现园区投融资开发创新、刚弹结合的技术指标创新、符合产业特点的设施配置指标创新。
Shenzhen is upgrading its industries and industrial bases to promote further urban development. Liuixiandong is an early developed and fast developing industrial base of them. Its planning innovation includes street level new investment channels, rigid- flexible combined technical indices, and facility equipment for particular industries.
