摘要
人才培养需获取人才市场需求信息的反馈。通过对广东30多名毕业生的回访,发现广西民族师范学院专业人才培养模式中存在一些应重视的问题:在人才培养中不仅要对就业市场进行分析和研究,也要对学生的就业进行长期跟踪回访;教学观念要突破传统的理论灌输模式,加强实践教学的力度和强度;在学生实习、实训返校后的课程安排上应注重适时的针对性和衔接性;教学评价机制亟需改进,把实训实践教学模式放在首要位置,与同类院校在人才培养上区分开来,从而提高学生的专业技能和就业能力。
The personnel training needs the information feedback of talent market. Through a return visit to more than 30 graduates in Guang- dong, Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities finds that there are some issues in the professional training mode, to which should be paid attention.
