摘要
以JD36-630型压力机为例,利用ANSYS软件,根据闭式组合机身特点,建立有效的计算模型,对其进行强度和刚度分析,获得机身应力和变形规律;对JD36-630机身进行结构测试,与有限元分析结果对比,修正模型,为有限元分析与优化提供实际参考。
Taking JD36-630 type press as an example, the effective calculation model has been established by use of ANSYS software as per characteristics of closed combination frame. The strength and stiffness have been analyzed and the stress ＆ deformation law have been obtained. The structure test has been conducted to the fi＇ame of JD36-630 press frame. Comparing with the finite element results, the model has been corrected, which provides practical reference for analysis and optimization.
