摘要
为实现压力机轻量化,更好地解决工作台在使用过程中易出现开裂的问题,建立了两种不同结构的压力机工作台实体模型。利用有限元方法构建了工作台的仿真模型,分析了工作台的刚度和强度,为进一步设计和改进提供参考。
In order to achieve machining light-weight and exert the ability of press by which can solve Uae problem of cracks during operation, entity models with two different structures of workbench have been established with Solidworks. Simulated model has been established with finite element method. The strength and flexibility of workbench have been studied for further design and improvement.
