风险管理在病区抢救设备与药品管理中的应用

The role of risk management in first-aid medicine and rescue equipment administration

目的探讨风险管理在病区抢救设备、药品管理中的应用效果。方法通过风险识别,风险衡量与评价,风险处理及风险管理效果评价,比较风险管理实施前和实施后的病区抢救设备、药品风险缺陷及应急理论知识的掌握程度。结果病区抢救设备、药品临床缺陷事件发生率从实施风险管理前10.50%降至实施风险管理后的2.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);应急理论知识从(90.00±1.41)分上升至(97.17±0.98)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病区抢救设备、药品管理中实施风险管理能有效减少风险缺陷,有效提高患者抢救器械及用药的安全性。

Object To obtain scientific knowledge of risk management in first-aid medicine and rescue equipment administration. Method Rescue equipment, drug risk defects and emergency theoretical knowledge of emergency in the first six months of year 2011 were compared with that in second six months of 2011 by means of risk identification, risk measurement,risk assessment, risk treatment, risk management and risk management evaluation. Findings After risk management was employed in the second six months of year 2011, the rate of rescue equipment, first-aid medicine risk defects incidence was reduced to 2.17% in contrast to 10.50% observed in the first half of year 2011 （P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of theoretical knowledge of emergency treatment rose to 97.17 ＋ 0.98 in contrast to 90.00 ±1.41 in the first half of year 2011. Conclusion risk management can reduce risk defects, improve the paramedic＇s risk consciousness of rescue equipment and first-aid medicine, guarantee the safety of rescue equipment and first-aid medicine.
