缓解期精神分裂症患者的幸福感指数与自我效能、社会支持的研究

The correlation of self-efficacy and social support to subjective well-being of the schizophrenia patients at remission stage

目的探讨缓解期精神分裂症患者幸福感指数与自我效能、社会支持的相关性。方法采用幸福感指数量表、一般自我效能量表、社会支持评定量表及一般情况调查表,对100例住院缓解期精神分裂症患者及95例健康体检者作为对照组进行问卷调查。结果缓解期精神分裂症患者的幸福感指数、一般自我效能、社会支持得分均低于对照组(P<0.01),幸福感指数与自我效能、社会支持间都存在正相关(P<0.01)。结论护士在实施护理干预措施时,应将提高患者的自我效能和社会支持水平作为切入点,以增进缓解期精神分裂症患者的幸福感指数。

Objective To explore the correlation of self-efficacy and social support to subjective well-being of the schizophrenia patients at remission stage. Method 95 people in sound physical and mental health were selected as the control group for the study; 100 schizophrenia patients at remission stage taken as the experimental group were assessed with general index of well-being schedule, self-efficacy scale, social support scale, and a general questionnaire. Findings The scores of the schizophrenia patients＇ index of well-being, self-efficacy and social support were statistically lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , indicating positive correlations between them. Conclusion In the design and implementation of nursing intervention measures, enhanced self-efficacy and social support level should be taken as the goal so as to improve the overall level of subjective well-being of the schizophrenia patients in remission stage.
