摘要
文章选取23例盆腔脏器Ⅱ期一Ⅲ期脱垂患者，选择合适型号的环形或盘状硅胶子宫托，嘱其排空尿液后将子宫托送人阴道，观察硅胶子宫托治疗盆腔脏器脱垂的临床效果。硅胶子宫托治疗盆腔脏器脱垂短期内可取得满意的疗效，可作为盆腔脏器脱垂患者非手术治疗的一线疗法。
The research was intended to acquire scientific knowledge of the clinical effects of silicone pessary as corrective treatment for pelvic organ prolapse. 23 patients at stage II and stage III of pelvic organ prolapse were selected as subjects of study. A type of annular or discoid silicone pessary appropriate to the patient＇s conditions was chosen and placed in the vagina after the patient was instructed to empty urine. The effects of the medicine were then closely monitored. Silicone pessary as treatment for pelvic organ prolapse can lead to satisfactory short-term efficacy, and thus can serve as priority choice of medicine for the disease in question.
