摘要
教师是教育的核心力量,教师能否体验到职业幸福感对教师发展与教学效果均具有重要的影响,而现阶段小学教师职业幸福感城乡间的差异日益加剧,为有效缩小差距,应该从教师、学校和社会三个层面采取解决措施,促进城乡间教师发展与教学效果的均衡发展。
As the core force of education, whether teachers can experience the vocational well-being or not has an important influence on the development of teaching staff and teaching effect. At the present stage, the urban-rural social disparity of the primary school teachers vocational well-being is growing in intensity. This paper aims at providing a rational thinking and research for narrowing the gap and promo- ting the development of urban and rural teaching staff and teaching effect.
