辐射工作人员的医学监督

MEDICAL SUPERVISION FOR RADIATION WORKERS

本文在回顾和评述国内外对辐射工作人员医学监督工作认识和实践演变的基础上,讨论了国家现行标准中对辐射工作人员医学监督的目的、内容、健康标准及其实施办法。文中指出,医学监督仍不失为保障辐射工作安全和工作人员健康的有用手段,但也应认识到随着辐射防护发展,医学监督的目的更为有限,内容更宜简化。

On the basis of reviewing the knowledge and practice in medical supervision work for radia-tion workers both domestically and internationlly,this paper discussed the aim,contents,health stan-dards and its application measures of the medical supervision work for radiation workers in the presentnational standards.It is indicated that medical supervision is still an useful measure for guaranteeingthe safety of radiation work and the health of radiation workers.However it should be recognized thatthe aim of medical supervision is quite limited and its contents ought to be simplified,so that it will bemore usefui to radiation protection work.
