实践教学“三位一体”学生管理模式浅论

摘要 目前工学结合模式下实践教学中的学生管理存在诸多缺陷,一方面学校对学生的日常管理较为薄弱,实践单位对学生管理贡献较低,另一方面学生自我管理能力较差。地方高校应加强学生管理制度建设,进而在实践教学计划中植入学生管理,最终构建以学校认真管理、实践单位参与管理和学生自我管理为内涵的"三位一体"学生管理新模式。 Many weaknesses exist in the present mode of student intern management combination of working with learning. On the one hand, higher education institutions may not be able to ensure efficient management and the internship institutions are not able to get themselves properly involved in the management of interns; on the other, student interns lack sufficient self-management ability. It is thus suggested that local universities should strengthen institutional improvement so that proper management be introduced into internships and a new student intern management mode involving higher education institutions, internship institutions and interns themselves be constructed.
