Beginning with Lu Xun＇s upbringing in the context of Yue Culture, Wang Xiaochu＇s new book Lu Xun ： from the Perspective of Yue Culture explored the culture root and spiritual origin of Lu Xun as well as the Yue culture details in his literature creation. Besides, the book extended the discussions on Lu Xun backward to his early childhood spent in Shaoxing, and highlighted the unique status of Yue culture in Chinese culture as well as its modernistic value to Chinese culture.
