摘要
针对COD测定实验教学中存在的问题,提出了以硫酸锰代替硫酸银作催化剂的COD快速测定实验教学方法。探讨了消解温度、消解时间、催化剂用量等因素对测定结果的影响,确定了最佳测定条件;同时,分析了其测定结果的精密度与准确度,对分析方法进行了验证。结果表明,本方法与国标方法的测定结果一致,该方法可以代替国标方法进行实验教学,且具有费用低,耗时短,可以大批量测定的优点。
In view of the existing problems of COD determination in experimental teaching, put for- ward a rapid method of COD determination, in which manganese sulfate instead of silver sulfate as a catalyst. Discusses the influence of decomposition temperature, digestion time, and catalyst dosage on the determination results, and determines the optimum conditions. The precision and accuracy of the method are analyzed the method is verified as well. The results show that there is no significant differ- ence between this method and the national standard, this method can replace national standard methods for the experimental teaching, with advantages of low cost, short time, and batch measurement.
