卓越工程师的培养内涵在于工程教育理念的凝炼和提升,在于深化工程实践教学改革,打破传统的应试型教育模式。工程教育要实现优秀工程素质培养的教学目标,必须深入思考工程教育方法的改革问题,在努力建设工程教学环境的基础上,从任务驱动、产学结合、体系创新等方面建立新的工程教学模式,构建贴近产业实际的工程教育平台,使之利于培养适应企业技术经济发展需求的优秀工程技术人才。

The cultivating connotation of excellent engineers rest with promoting the idea of engineer- ing education and deepening teaching reform of engineering practice. The reform of engineering educa- tion method must be probed deeply in order to achieving the teaching objectives of training excellent engineering quality. New teaching mode refer to task driving, work-study combination , system inno- vation should be established with the precondition of developing a good environment of engineering edu- cation. A engineering education platform closing to production will contribute to cultivating excellent engineers and technicians who acclimatize themselves to business development of economy and teehnol- ogy.
