摘要
针对传统索氏提取器存在散热快、温度不易控制、提取效率低的缺陷,设计了一种含有新型索氏提取器的提取装置,圆底烧瓶内溶剂蒸发后直接通过直而大的索氏提取器内管上升至上端的冷凝管中,再经冷凝回落到索氏提取器的夹层中,可以降低溶剂蒸气的热量散失,从而缩短提取时间。这个新型索氏提取器具有内管直通集热式的特点,与传统索氏提取器的装置相比,该装置具有散热慢、温度易控制、提取效率高等优点。
Considering the shortcomings of the classic Soxhlet extraction apparatus, such as rapid heat release, unstable extract temperature and low efficiency, a set of extraction apparatus with novel Soxhlet extractor was designed. The solvent vapor reaches the top of the extractor through the bulky in- ner tube apparatus and is dripped down to the tube after being condensed by the upper condensator. Thus the extraction process can be shortened due to the lower heat dispersion. The new Soxhlet extrac- tor's inner tube was tested for the merit of heat collection This new device advances the classic Soxhlet extractor with slow heat release, easy temperature control, and high extraction efficiency.
