摘要
随着中国保险业的发展,企业的竞争更加集中于人才的竞争。保险企业的核心竞争力集中体现在人才资源,与此同时,人力资源管理也成为研究的重要课题。本文选择基层单位经营管理人才队伍的建设为重点,对现有人才队伍建设中存在的问题进行分析,并探究其形成原因,在此基础上提出改变现状的对策,以期通过一系列措施加强基层管理队伍在管理机制、培养模式上的新突破,建立一支忠诚度高、业务能力强、管理水平好,具有创新能力的基层经营管理队伍。
With the development of insurance industry in China, the development and competition of in- surance companies tend to focus on the competition for talents, and the core competitiveness of insurance compa- nies mainly embodies in human resources management, therefore, human resource management of insurance companies has become an important issue in research. By focusing on the construction of operating management teams in grass -roots units, this paper analyses the current problems and explores its causes, then try to put for- ward some countermeasures to change the status quo. The purpose of this study is to propose series of measures to strengthen the management ability of the grass - roots teams and so that breakthroughs in management mechanism and cultivating mode can be made possible, ultimately, to establish a new innovative grass - root management team featured by high loyalty, strong business capability and high quality of management.
