《春秋繁露》在阐释《春秋》经文内容时,并不局限于对《春秋》原意的解释,而是更倾向于近代阐释学所偏重的阐发,这恰恰也是《春秋纬》作者的用意所在。《春秋纬》在继承《春秋繁露》阐释意识的基础上,又有所发展。具体而言,主要体现在文本解读、理论重构以及文学想象等3个层面。

The interpretation of the textual content of Chunqiu in Chunqiu Fanlu is not confined to explaining the original intention of Chunqiu, but inclined to adopt the method of elucidation in modern hermeneutics, which is the original intention of the author of Chunqiu Wei. Chunqiu Wei inherits and develops the interpretative consciousness. The interpretative patterns are as follows：interpretation of the text, reconstruction of the theory, and literary imagination.
