摘要
本文主要介绍了西北电讯工程学院一台 DMD-450型真空镀膜机低能 X 射线的辐射水平,并测算出工作条件为11kV、125mA 时,人在观察窗外7cm 处观察1h 眼晶体所受到的吸收剂量为1.78mrad。如果在观察窗处使用5mm 厚的铅玻璃,可使剂量降为本底水平。
The dose level of low energy X-ray radiation generated by a vacuum coater in the Instituteof Northwest Dispatch Engineering was measured.As the coater operates at 11 kV and 125mA,the ab-sorbed dose to eye lens at the distance of 7cm to the observing window of the coater was estimated of1.78 mrad/h.A piece of lead-bearing glass of 5mm thick would reduce the dose level to background.
