肠系膜静脉血栓形成所致急腹症的诊断及治疗一例分析 被引量：1

摘要 肠系膜静脉血栓形成（Mesenteric venous thrombosis,MVT）是一种虽少见但病死率较高的肠道缺血性病变,指肠道的引流静脉（肠系膜上静脉、下静脉、脾静脉、门静脉）血栓形成从而导致血液回流受阻,由此引起受累肠段水肿、扩张甚至梗死形成.腹痛是该病最常见的症状,多数患者因不同程度的腹痛而就诊.但由于其起病隐匿,早期缺乏典型的症状和体征,临床上极易被误诊、漏诊而延误病情.
