摘要
该文剖析了目前高职院校兼职教师聘用难、管理难、培训难等问题的原因,探索了从政府、企业、学校三个方面做好兼职教师的资格认证、资源库建设、选拔聘用、培训管理及服务保障等工作,从而提升兼职教师队伍素质,发挥兼职教师队伍作用,有效推动高职院校兼职教师队伍建设。
In this paper, the author analyzes the difficult reasons of the part-time teachers' employment, management, and training issues in vocational colleges. In order to enhance the their qualities, let them playing a positive role, and effectively promote the teams' construction in higher vocational colleges, he tries to explore a way from the government, enterprises, schools to do their qualification authentication, resource constructions, selections and appointments, training management and service work.
