摘要 随着我国经济的发展,城市化进程加快,城镇面积不断扩大,使向城镇和大型企业供油气的输送管道的路由选择变得越来越困难。以某大型石化联合企业的原输油管道改建为例,介绍了新建输油管道路由被迫选择河滩地,以及借鉴海洋管道采用3层PE外防腐层,加设混凝土配重层敷设的方式,在河滩地敷设新管的设计方案。该设计方案可适用于沿海滩涂、南方水网密集区域、西部游荡河流以及可以采用大开拓穿越而需要采取稳管措施的河流的油气管道敷设设计。 In China, with the economical growth, urbanization development, and continuous expansion of urban area, to choose the pipeline route transporting oil and gas to both urban areas and large- scale enterprises becomes more difficult. In this study, a large- scale petrochemical enterprise is taken as an example. Its original oil-transporting pipeline was firstly rebuilt; and then, floor land, as the newly built route, was forced to select; at last, the threelayer PE outer-layer coating which is commonly used for subsea pipelines, and the laying mode of concrete weight coating were wholly acted as a design scheme for laying new pipelines at floor land. The scheme may also be applicable for many domains, such as beaches, densely watercourses areas in the south, wandering rivers in the west, and some rivers in which not only pipelines can go through largely but also taking pipe-stabilizing measures should be needed.
