近些年来,我国社会中贫富悬殊和利益失衡的问题不断加重,已经引起了社会各方面的高度关注,建设和谐社会最关键的内容其实就是协调利益关系,使整个社会成员得到公平的发展机会,使每个社会成员各得其所、各取所需、各尽其能。蕴藏在底层社会成员思想深处的是每个平凡个体都具有的真善美,是道德的闪光点,道德之善不仅能净化人的身心,还能启发他们向更纯洁健康的生活迈进,而底层之善也是促进社会和谐的关键因素。

And it is also a key factor in promoting social harmony.
