摘要
餐具输送机是食堂处理餐具的专用设备,固定安装在食堂用餐间与洗刷间之间,其功能是集中顾客用餐后的托盘、碗筷等餐具,将其通过该设备传送到洗刷间,提高食堂清运人员的工作效率。分析了餐具输送机的总体布置,重点介绍了主要零部件的选择、设计、校核以及产品安装等设计要求,为量大面广的餐具清洁化输送处理提供了有益的帮助。
The conveyor for dishware is the equipment,installed between the dining room and rinse room.It is used for conveying the dishware（such as trays,bowls,chopsticks and so on） to the dishware-washing room from the refectory.Its function is to collect convey on the used tableware by the staff and students after the meal.It is helpful to improve the work efficiency for the dustmen in the cafeteria.This article mainly introduces the layout for the conveyor and the selection,design,checking and its product installed.It is very beneficial to convey the plentiful dishware to wash.
