摘要
合理的电网规划必然能够对将来的区域性电网发展带来指导性作用,电网规划中环保工作必然是重要的组成部分。如何在电网规划中进一步发挥环保功效以实现可持续发展以及生态文明建设的要求,需要重点讨论与研究,结合电网规划环评实践中存在的问题,对于如何在电网规划中科学考虑环保工作进行了深入探讨与分析。
The reasonable power grid planning plays a vital role in guiding the development of regional power grids, whereas the environmental protection is an essential part of the power grid planning. Therefore discussions and studies should focus on how to further play the function of environmental protection to achieve sustainable development and ecological civilization building. Considering the existing questions in the EIV for power grid planning, this paper presents intensive discussions and analyses on the environmental protection during the power grid planning.
