摘要
集中供电型弱互联区域电网的运行特点和动态特性与大规模互联电网存在显著差异。探讨了集中供电区域电网的特点,就继电保护、紧急控制、校正控制及"三道防线"的协调优化提出改善区域电网安全稳定性的几点思路;并从规划、运行、控制等方面给出防御集中供电型弱互联区域电网发生全停事故的措施和建议。
The operational features and dynamic characteri-stics of the regional power with centralized supplying and weak ties are significantly different from those of large power grids. This paper focuses on the characteristics of the centralized supplying regional power grid, and presents some reflections on the relay protection, emergency control, corrective control and the coordination optimization of “Three Defence Lines” to improve the security and stability margin of the regional grid. Finally, it proposes some suggestions on the planning, operation, stability control measures for preventing the regional power blackouts from occurring.
