摘要 水蓄能机组水头较高,主阀、导叶有较大漏水,在静止状态时容易发生蠕动,使机组长时间低速转动而导致烧瓦,影响机组的安全正常运行。根据抽水蓄能机组的特点,设计了抽水蓄能机组无接触式蠕动检测装置,克服了传统机械-触点检测方法触点动作不灵、易产生磨损的缺点,可广泛用于抽水蓄能机组的蠕动检测。 In the stationary state, creeps of the pumped storage unit tend to occur when leaked water flows through the main valve and guide vanes due to the high water head, forcing the unit into a long-term operation at a low speed, and finally resulting in burning of the bearing tile which directly affects the safety and normal operation of the plant. This paper presents a new non-contact creep detection device based on the charac-teristics of pumped storage units. This device as described can overcome the ineffective operation and easy wear which are generally regarded as defects in the traditional mechanical-electric contact detection, and can be widely applied to the detection of pumped storage units.
