摘要
传动轴作为底盘主要零件之一,对于整车的动力传动系统的NVH有着非常显著的影响。单个传动轴除了本身产生NVH外,也会传递和放大整车传动系统NVH,许多整车传动系统都是通过改变传动轴的结构实现NVH的优化。列举几例传动轴常见的NVH现象及所作的改进,为传动轴今后的开发提供一定的参考。
As a main part of chassis, prop-shaft has a conspicuous influence to the Noise Vibration Harshness (NVH) of vehicle power transmission system. Besides making NVH itself, single prop-shaft also delivered and enlarged the NVH of vehicle transmission system, anti many NVH optimizations of them were archived all by changing structure of prop-shaft. Now some eommon examples of NVH phenomenon and their improvements are listed as the reference for development of prop-shaft in the future.
