摘要
从原燃料质量、炉渣成分、炉缸状态、炉况稳定性等方面,对首钢京唐1号高炉铁水含硫高进行了分析,原燃料质量恶化是铁水含硫高的重要原因,渣铁温度偏低、炉缸活性较差、炉况波动是铁水含硫高的主要原因,在改善原燃料质量的基础上,优化造渣制度,活跃炉缸,稳定煤气流,可降低铁水含硫。
The high sulfur content in hot metal of No.1 BF at Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was ana-lyzed from the quality of materials, slag, hearth condition, BF running stability and so on. The deterioration of quality of materials is the important reason. Lower slag and iron temperature, poorer hearth activity and BF running instability is main reason. The sulfur content in hot metal can be reduced by improving the quality of materials, opti-mization of slag system, enhancing the hearth activity, stabilizing gas flow.
