摘要
大型高炉实现高煤比、高产量生产是高炉炼铁工作者的主要任务。太钢5号高炉2006年10月开炉,通过不断地学习、摸索和生产实践,2007年实现煤比180kg/t和2009年有效容积利用系数达2.51t/(m3·d)、炉缸截面积利用系数达69t/(m2·d),炉况长期稳定顺行和高煤比、高产量成功生产。以此为基础,5号高炉逐步总结出大型高炉实现高煤比、高产量生产时的各项操作制度和参数的量化控制要求。
High coal rate and high production practice are blast furnace iron worker's main job. No.5 blast furnace of TISCO produced in October 2006. It can run stably for a long term by learning, adjustment and produce operate, coal rate 180 kg/t in 2007, permeability 2.51 t/(m^ 3 ·d) and productivity of heat section surface blast furnace 69 t/ (m^ 2 ·d) in 2009, No.5 blast furnace of TISCO has produced long term steady state and high coal rate, high perme- ability. On the base, No.5 blast furnace of TISCO has summarized many operate systems and parameterized control demands about high coal rate and high permeability produce on large size blast furnace.
