摘要
光学相干成像技术(optical coherence tomography,简称OCT)是一种新型的成像探测技术。为了驱动血管OCT环向扫描,进行血管疾病的早期诊断,研制了直径约1mm的超声电机。为此,先后研究了直径为1mm的压电圆柱型超声电机,切角为0.8mm的压电方柱型超声电机,外径为1mm、内径为0.6mm的压电管型超声电机和空心金属方柱(边长为0.6mm)压电片复合超声电机。这些电机分别驱动OCT组成内窥探头,获得了不同分辨率的生物组织扫描图像,其最高纵向和横向分辨率达到7.5μm和6.5μm。简要介绍了超声电机的设计、模拟计算、实验方法和主要性能。
The ultrasonic motor is used to drive the circular scanning of an optical coherence tomography(OCT)vascular endoscope.We have studied various kinds of ultrasonic motors,including:piezoelectric cylindrical ultrasonic motor,ultrasonic motor of piezoelectric cubic column type with truncated edges;piezoelectric tube ultrasonic motor with 1mm outer diameter and 0.6mm inner diameter,and the latest used ultrasonic tiny motor with ahollow metal square column(side length 0.6mm)and piezoelectric plates composite.These motors are used to drive the OCT endoscopic probe respectively and the scanning images of different resolution of biological tissue are obtained.The highest axial resolution is 7μm and the lateral resolution is 6.5μm.The design and simulation of the ultrasonic motors,experimental methods and main performance are briefly introduced.
